Set up by two former Royal Marines, Jöttnar began when the two of them felt the need to develop a technical outdoor clothing range that combined the need for protection from the raging brutality of the elements around with the purity and elegance of the Scandinavian landscape. In Norse mythology, Thor's hammer provided protection from the mountain giants and bearing that hammer as the logo, Jöttnar provides the armoury for mountaineers to Conquer Giants. |
