Subject: Wrong items and not answering emails..
[Update] After a few emails I did get a reply and got sent 6 extra packs of green tea to make up, so I am happy with that.
My original review is below:
I bought some items from realfoods.co.uk online, I ordered more that I had intended so that I could get the price up to £24 to qualify for free delivery.

I checked my order and found that the Organic green tea I ordered was not there. Instead they had sent me ordinary normal green tea.

The price of an 80 bag pack of non-organic tea was £1.59, I had paid £1 for 25 bags of the organic green tea and did not mind paying extra as I prefer organic. Also I had read good reviews about the organic green tea they sell and that's why I chose it

Now I have 6 packs of 25 bag non-organic green tea, in total 150 bags for £6. If I had wanted non-organic I would have bought the 80 bag packs and for £6.36 I would have had 320 bags.
I wrote to them on the 21st and 22nd May 2013 and it's now the 24th and I've had no reply at all from them.
