| Description | Pilates Central provides is a state-of-the-art Pilates studio based in the heart of Islington. Whatever your age or fitness level, we devise a Pilates programme to suit you. We then refine and develop your programme as your strength and skills grow. All our teachers have had exceptional training and experience. Pilates taught by someone without proper training can be dangerous. Pilates may now have become something fashionable but a high proportion of our clients come to us by medical referral – because they have bad backs, necks, shoulders, joints or other physical problems. Pilates helps clients stay fit and helps those with medical needs. We also have a number of other therapists on site. |
