DO NOT USE!
Booked a clean which had many missed areas, so had re-clean as part of guarantee. On my check out inspection I was given a list of areas that hadn't been cleaned including the oven and one floor hadn't been hoovered.
I sent this on (and have been conversing mainly with Spas) to which I have been told it is my responsibility to inform them of every area that needs to be cleaned/re-cleaned (when I gave an overview I was not told of this) - I thought basics like the oven and floors were a given, but apparently not.
I have been told their standards are good enough and I am the one who should have noticed the missed areas. I have mentioned the hole in the wall on more than one occasion but there has been no acknowledgement of this. I have told them I will incur fee for them not doing their job properly (and the hole in the wall!) and have been told I can pay them an additional £57 for them to go back.
I definitely would NOT recommend!
